Rhythmic means the movement is smooth…load On muscles Should be smooth and consistence and in a best appropriate way.

Under regular bushing Type Pulley though angular motion can be achieved ..it is not best one. because in normal bushing type along with rotation pulley wheel makes transition movement around axis. so certain changes in angle of movement happens..and resistance or load apply to joint and muscles also not in consistence throughout exercises.

In bearing Type movement is occur between two pulley parts with less friction by metal balls inside. like fan, 2 wheeler wheels, and other appliances this movement is consistently smooth , load is consistence. and when appropriate exercise as advice by physiotherapist done results can be excellence.

we are giving free door anchor in every shoulder pulley kit .

we strongly advocate exercise with pulley using ceiling hook as anchor point as such exercise give best performance and best rehabilitation output.

But

sometimes we may have to go on travel and stay at hotel. sometime due to over schudule of work we may have to do exercise at work place . and such scenerio we are not allowed (not feasibile) to install ceiling hook . apart from this many people doesnt have spare ceiling hook at home in such cases.

exercise can be done using door with using door anchor.

so , we also provide free door anchor along with pulley kit.
