Dimension – 1802mm (length) x 612mm (width) x 1399mm (Height) Material – pre galvanized mild steel, material thickness : 3mm. The equipment is fixed on ground with cement concrete and J shaped welded bolts of 18 mm thickness. The gym equipment shall be finished smooth with a primer coating of at least 60 to 70 micron thickness using exponible /Berger make paints or its equivalent paints. M.S. plate of 280 mm x 130 mm x 5 mm thickness is used. The holding down/fixing of gym equipments shall be embedded in cement concrete in the ratio of 1:2:4 (1cement:2 coarsesand :4 stone agg. 20mm nominal size). All equipment shall be 3rd party quality certified by International Testing Laboratory Govt. of India approved MSME.
